What is Accountability Coaching?

How long do I need to work with you?

An accountability coach helps clients stick to their daily tasks so they can reach their long-term personal, health, fitness or professional goals.

Our style of coaching is friendly, non judgmental, non accusing and always supportive. Think of us as your health and fitness bestie. 

That is completely up to you. We work on a rolling monthly contract for the 1-1 Personal Coaching and for the Group Challenges they last 6 weeks. You can stay for just one month or use a group challenge for a short sharpe kick start or you can stay for a few months. Either way, we will equip you to feel confident to do this all yourself when you do decide to take the next step and go on your way. 

How can this method of coaching help me?

How do you communicate with me?

All of our coaching is done online or through the phone - whats app and emails usually. Our weekly check in feedback is given via a voicenote and we are always on the end of a phone if you need to talk something through. 

This way we are not bound by location or time zones! We work with people all over the world, aren't we lucky to live in this digital world that makes this possible! 

Coaching can help anyone that is a willing participant. This isn't a way for someone else to fix your motivation or ability to stick to something, this is YOU committing to making the evolution yourself. As coaches we support you to get there.

What do I need to do every day?

Well most importantly we need commitment and willingness to make changes, to see success and meet your goals most of the time change is involved, and this can be scary sometimes. Don't worry we hold your hand through it. 

Every day we will ask you to commit to your daily goals, and keep us updated throughout the day on how you are doing. By telling someone what you intend to do, that increases the likelihood of you doing that task by 95% 

We arrange a free 30 mins phone consultation with you - usually over a video call - to get to know your requirements, get a glimpse of your personality, find out what issues you face. If both sides (you and us!) think we are a good fit for each, we will move forward into working together.
