1-1 Personal Coaching

1-1 Coaching is our signature, most successful coaching programme. Think of us as your health, fitness and well-being besties. There to encourage, motivate and keep you on track. 

Our 1-1 Coaching runs all year round, you can join us whenever you like, no need to wait until the next New Year, new month or even next Monday. 

Group Coaching 

Our group challenges take place throughout the year for 6 week periods. This is your chance to dip your toe into coaching, see what you can do within a online group setting before taking that plunge into 1-1 coaching to elevate you to the next level.

Group coaching is also a vital part of the off-boarding phase from 1-1 coaching, to ensure you have the tools to go it alone successfully. 

Nutrition bespoke to you 

During our consultation we will discuss your desires, lifestyle and current nutrition choices. We won't force you to count calories or follow a strict meal plan, we will offer you the choice of how you want to proceed. 

Focusing on better choices, adding more fruit or veg, drinking more water works better for some people, sticking to a calorie deficit works for others. 

Exercise and movement 

Movement is key to your coaching success, but that doesn't mean you need to be in the gym at 5am or running 10km a few times a week! 

We will work with you and your abilities, preferences and agree what might work best for you. Adding in higher steps and other movement is all agreed too.

There are apps we can suggest that will work for all your needs, whether than be at home no equipment workouts, gym lifting, running. We've got you! 

 

 

Consultation

At our free 30 mins consultation we'll go through everything you need to know about 1-1 Coaching and how it's going to work. We will support you through everything, you don't need to know or remember everything - that's why we are here!

All our coaches are trained professionals, who have more than just the qualifications, they have the life experiences to match and help you get even further.

Coach Tori 

Co-founder and Head Coach 

Tori is an accredited coach in both Accountability Coaching and professional workplace Coaching and Mentoring. Tori specialises in women's coaching, focusing on growth mindsets, confidence and empowerment. 

Tori lives just outside of London, is a mother to 2, wife and works full time in Project Management, as well as being a Coach and has a Hair Extensions business. 

She has focused on rebuilding her strength and fitness over the last 5 years so when she says, "I understand how hard this is." ..she really does! 

 

Coach Kate

Co-founder and Head Coach

Kate is an accredited Accountability Coach and is currently studying for her Level 2 certificate in Gym Instructing. Kate's focus is wellness, finding balance and ensuring that her clients understand that restrictive behaviours are not the answer.

Kate is British, but lives in Sweden and can coach in both English and Swedish. Kate is a mother of three, has two step-children and is a full time teacher in an international school.

Kate loves all types of training from strength to running and yoga. She has been on a dedicated wellness journey since 2015 and understands the struggles of balancing mum life, work responsibilities, studying and making yourself a priority.

How did you meet?

Our Story

We met online through our mutual love of the fitness app called 'Sweat', we connected on Instagram in 2020 during Covid lockdowns and have been friends ever since!
